Lisa is the founder and heart of the clinic. A mother of six and two-time cancer survivor, she brings strength, kindness, and clinical skill to everything she does. Trained in microneedling, PDO threads, IV therapy, phlebotomy, and more, Lisa blends medical understanding with genuine human care. Her favourite treatments are microneedling and skin boosters. Why? Because they work with your skin, not against it.
Lisa is the warm, experienced heart of Tweaks Aesthetics. With over 20 years in care, a deep love for medical knowledge, and a personal journey shaped by single motherhood, Lisa brings a rare kind of empathy to the clinic. Every client she sees is treated with genuine care, clinical skill, and a calm reassurance that makes them feel at ease.
She didn’t grow up thinking aesthetic treatments were for her. For years, she believed they were only for younger, already confident women. When she finally chose to invest in her own skin, she realised how transformational even small changes could be. That moment planted the seed for what would become Tweaks Aesthetics.
Today, Lisa specialises in anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters, IV drip therapy, PDO threads, and more. Her signature style is subtle and refined. She focuses on natural-looking results that help women reconnect with themselves, not reinvent who they are.

Clinical Director and Co-Practitioner
Zee, Lisa’s daughter, is the clinical manager. With qualifications in anatomy and physiology, microneedling (manual and RF), vitamin shots, and fat cavitation, she is both skilled and welcoming. If you have visited Tweaks, chances are you have met her. Always checking in, always smiling.
Zee manages the full client experience, ensuring that every stage from enquiry to aftercare feels seamless, personal, and safe. She is also responsible for day-to-day operations, training support, and ensuring the clinic runs to the highest professional standards.
Clients often describe Zee as gentle, warm, and endlessly attentive. Whether she is performing a treatment or welcoming someone at reception, she brings a calm, friendly energy to every interaction. Her eye for detail and genuine care help clients feel relaxed, understood, and valued from the moment they walk in.
Outside the clinic: Zee is a creative at heart. She plays the piano, paints abstract art, and loves to travel. Her artistic side influences how she approaches aesthetics, always seeking balance, harmony, and thoughtful beauty.
IV Therapy Nurse (Band 6)
Racheal, is a fully qualified and practising Band 6 Nurse currently working with the NHS. She initially joined Tweaks in late 2025 to assist in administering our wide range of IV Drip Therapy treatments. Since then, she has taken an interest in Aesthetics and now assists Lisa with treatments such as PDO Cog Threads, Anti-Wrinkle treatment, skin booster and much more.
Clients often describe Racheal as positive, friendly, kind and always there to support you throughout whatever treatment you’re having. Her nature is one of warmth and comforting and brings an amazing energy to the clinic!

Our day begins before the doors open. We prep the clinic to feel warm, calm, and clean. Heaters on in winter. Fresh scents. Soft lighting. Every detail is ready before our first client arrives.
Between treatments, we’re ordering stock, updating treatment plans, replying to messages, and coordinating training. We might squeeze in a decaf coffee too.
The day ends just as it started. Everything is reset, spotless, and welcoming. So when you arrive, all you need to do is relax.
