Bookings & Deposits

• Appointments are secured by advance booking via Fresha Connect.
• A deposit is required to reserve a treatment appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final bill.
• Deposits for complimentary consultations are not required.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend, your deposit may be forfeited.
• We reserve the right to apply discretion for genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

Medical Suitability & Treatment Refusal

• All treatments are subject to medical suitability and a pre-treatment consultation.
• If we believe treatment is not safe or appropriate for you, we may refuse or delay treatment in your best interest.
• Some treatments require medical clearance or additional documentation before proceeding.

Treatment Results

• Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
• Treatments should be used alongside a healthy lifestyle and adherence to a treatment plan.
• Aftercare instructions must be followed to maintain the best outcome.

Payments & Refunds

• Payments can be made via debit/credit card or other accepted methods.
• Completed treatments are non-refundable, as payment is for the practitioner’s time, product usage, and professional service.
• If a complaint or concern arises, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for six months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
• Gift cards can be redeemed against treatments only and not retail products.
• Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption.

Third-Party Platforms

• Bookings, cancellations, and medical questionnaires are managed through Faces Consent, a GDPR-compliant platform.
• By booking with us, you agree to their terms as well as ours.

Liability

• While we take every precaution to provide safe and professional care, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from treatment or website usage.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical information.
