The first time I walked through the door I was immediately put at ease by the friendly and professional atmosphere. Lisa is very knowledgeable and patient. She makes sure you understand the procedure, and any follow up care that is required. There is no ‘hard sell’ for further treatments, and she will always respond to any questions or concerns you have. I would definitely recommend Tweaks!

I wish I could give more than 5 ⭐!! Yesterday I took my daughter to Tweaks for her first facial (a beautiful birthday gift from a friend). From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome and comfortable. The salon is just beautiful and so calming. My daughter had the most wonderful experience. She was taught so much about how to look after her skin as well as being well and truly pampered. The salon went out of their way to include extra special touches and treats for her ???? We absolutely cannot wait to book to go again, and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much again for having us x

I had the Gold Glow facial at Tweeks Clinic in St Ives. The Clinic was lovely, light, welcoming and very aesthetically pleasing. Zenab gave me the Gold Glow facial which was very relaxing and my skin is amazing now. I definitely have a glow! Zenab and Lisa had a chat with me about my skin and gave me good advice on a skincare routine and treatments I could have to help slow the aging process and help me with some issues I am having. I feel like they went above and beyond to help and chat to me about this. I will definitely book in again in the future, what a wonderful experience.

I haven’t had the pleasure of going into see them at work, but i can reassure you that you are in great hands, these lovely girls work hard and will always have your best interest in hand i would even go as far as to say i trust these girls with my life.

Amazing experience — I couldn’t recommend Tweaks highly enough. Both my GP and private doctor had told me the growth on my right elbow was a skin tag, so I booked a consult with Tweaks hoping for a straightforward removal. The growth had been catching on clothes and my pillow, bleeding sometimes, and causing daily discomfort — I was frustrated and worried it was getting worse. Lisa diagnosed it in under five minutes as seborrheic keratosis presenting as a cutaneous horn, which immediately put me at ease (I knew it wasnt a skin tag). She explained the options clearly, checked the moles on my back just to reassure me they were benign, and recommended removal of the elbow horn. She applied a topical numbing cream, then gave a local anaesthetic. The actual removal with electrocautery took about five minutes. I felt no pain during the procedure and have had no pain since. About 18 hours later the site is looking great and is already healing well. I have a follow-up in around 10 days to confirm everything is progressing as expected. There are no movement restrictions and no lingering discomfort — I already feel a big relief. Lisa was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring throughout. The whole visit was efficient, thorough and reassuring. If you have a similar skin concern or are considering any skin procedure, do yourself a favour and book with Tweaks — I fully trust their care and would happily recommend them.

Recently visited Tweaks to get a hydrafacial done, such a lovely experience, I was very warmly welcomed by Lisa… She explained what to expect from the procedure step by step.. We spoke about any skin issues I had followed by some very knowledgeable advice. She also went out of her way very generously to deal with some skin discolouration. I visited tweaks for a session of NAD IV treatment and whilst i was there got my self a quick hydro facial before i left. The facial was as expected left feeling and looking fresh, my skin was glowing. With regards to the NAD, i didnt know what to expect but its safe to say it was everything i had read up about. It went smooth from start to finish and the staff at tweaks made me feel relaxed as it took 90 mins to complete. Really helped with my cognitive thinking side of things, instant result realy gave me the boost i needed to start taking abit more care of my self. Have rebooked another session.
